jjraleigh • 8 yr. ago. If neither the digitizer nor the Bluetooth controller are functioning, then you have some bad batteries -- or a combination of bad batteries and outdated firmware. Make sure you are using the latest firmware and have all the latest updates. Replace the batteries and manually re-pair the pen.
Updating the drivers also maintains the hardware's stability and security. Go to the Wacom drivers page to see if your drivers are up-to-date.
